  • Fridays 330pm Chair Yoga & Pilates - Milford on Sea Community Centre. 
     

  • Saturdays 2pm Restorative Yoga - West Hants Health Club Bournemouth. 

 

  • Nourishing Retreat Morning 0930- 1pm  - 29 June 24 The Retreat New Forest.

  • Book private 1-1 in your own home - Availability Mondays Or Tuesdays
